About
MyBBS is a living, entertainment-focused bulletin board system inspired by the dial-up era and rebuilt for the modern web. Connect from a browser, Telnet, or SSH, register a unique six-digit UIN, and receive your own UIN@mybbs.im email address. Inside you will find ANSI graphics, authentic modem sounds, public message boards, private and group text chats, built-in email, and English/Russian interfaces. It is free, mobile-friendly, and deliberately has no algorithmic feed — just people, messages, and the atmosphere of the early internet.

The retro BBS is now available as a native app.

The web terminal, Telnet, and SSH access remain available at mybbs.im. The iPhone and iPad version is still in Apple review.
